Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping for clients and internal company requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

  • Handle VAT registration, VAT return filing, and VAT compliance documentation for clients.

  • Assist in corporate tax record preparation, financial reports, and supporting schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, or finance-related roles.

  • UAE accounting experience is preferred.

  • Good understanding of UAE VAT, basic corporate tax requirements, and accounting standards.

  • Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all PRO-related activities for clients and internal company requirements.

  • Process company formation, license renewal, license amendment, and cancellation applications with relevant UAE authorities.

  • Manage visa applications, employment visa processing, investor visa processing, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.

  • Coordinate with government departments, free zone authorities, mainland licensing authorities, immigration, labour, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Economy, and other relevant entities.

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications related to trade licenses, establishment cards, labour files, immigration files, and employee visas.

  • Assist clients with Emirates ID, medical fitness test appointments, visa stamping, and related documentation.

  • Ensure all client documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of UAE government rules, visa procedures, labour regulations, licensing requirements, and documentation changes.

  • Visit government offices, typing centres, free zone offices, embassies, consulates, notary public offices, and other authorities when required.

  • Support attestation, legalization, document clearing, and certificate processing services.

  • Coordinate with internal sales, operations, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Track application progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of UAE experience as a PRO, document controller, government relations officer, or public relations officer.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, immigration, labour, and visa procedures.

  • Experience dealing with government departments, free zones, typing centres, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and Dubai Economy is preferred.
